Damn, Damn, Damn

Went to Tower and Virgin this evening. Neither store had the Matthew Duffy cd. I was very disappointed. Did enjoy the evening downtown though. Always good to get out of the burbs. I’m becoming more and more disenchanted with suburbia the longer I live here. I’m really looking forward to the day when Bobby and I move further south into Dallas. I’m not sure if it will be as I hope, but it has to be better than the Colony/Frisco/Plano area. Doesn’t it? Yeah, I think it does
Back to the music…..I’ve ordered the cd from Tower so hopefully it will be arriving in a week. I can’t wait to get it!
Can’t wait for your review–I would love darker-electronica-Depeche-Mode-sounding music!
BTW, I’m proud of your sewing accomplishments. I got a sewing machine for our wedding (not from Zach!), but I’ve only done simple pillows and hems. I still don’t know when to use all the extra presser-feet, needles, and stitch tensions!
Love,
Steph
I also don’t know what all that stuff does. The most I’ve done is change the needle. I wanted a heavier needle for hemming jeans. The machine came with 4 presser feet and I am clueless on how or when to use them. I’ll let you know if I figure them out
