Love! Valour! Compassion
July 15th, 2004 by Ian
Bobby and I just finished watching “Love! Valour! Compassion!”. I had seen the movie years ago and always remembered it fondly. I had forgotten how wonderful a movie it truly is. It really made me thank about and appreciate the friends and family that I have in my life. I’ve become very distant from people this past year. No real reason why, just a slow drifting away. I’ve decided that needs to change. If I keep it up, all the people I care about won’t be in my life any longer.
I’ve always said that family and friends are the most important things in a person’s life. Unfortunately, I have not been living my life with that philosophy. Here’s to change….

Ah…this was the first gay-themed movie I ever saw. When I was working in Atlanta, I made a visit home and brought back my VCR. Mike & Tim’s had broken and they had been using it, and they left that movie in it. So, that’s how I came across it and I loved it.
After I watched it, it made me brave enough to go into the Blockbuster in Gwinnett County, GA and rent other gay-themed movies like Kiss Me Guido and The Priest.
