Wonderful Weekend

I had a great weekend! Went to Vidor on Friday to visit the family. It was my grandfather’s 83rd birthday so the family came together to celebrate. Saturday was the big party. It was wonderful getting to catch up with everyone. I never get to see them enough.
On Sunday, Brian (who went with me for the trip) and I went to Ikea in Houston. Ikea recently built a larger facility in Houston. I thought the original one was big, this is HUGE! And with a larger space comes more products. They had an even larger selection of items than before. It was great. Luckily, I did good and stuck to my shopping list. I picked up three shelves for our dining room and a sewing table for my office. Brian was the big spender - he picked up some things for his new apartment.
Now it is back at work. The weekend just went too quickly. It is time for another vacation
