When At Work……Blog!

I’m at work, not wanting to work. I want to go to Six Flags! Should be a fun evening with friends.
I got more spam comments so I’ve turned on comment approval. Basically, when you post a comment to my blog, you won’t see it show up immediately. I’ll have to approve each comment. We’ll see how it goes.
Had dinner at Jai’s place last night. Great food and lots of fun. We watched the Transformers movie. I have not seen that since I was 7! It really was a blast from the past. I have to admit that it disappointed me. I have such fond memories of the Transformers. I loved the show and toys as a kid. Through the years I had elevated it to legend status. Seeing the movie changed that. I still love the Transformers but I don’t have the total kid loyalty I once did. I still would love to own some of the original toys. Those are still fucking awesome!

I’m not surprised. I read that the memories formed as a child are the ones that leave the most lasting impression. That’s one of the reasons marketing spends so much targeting on children and young adults. Name brands are literally created at that age in impressionable minds.
Hmmm… turn on that thing that Bobby has … maybe that should keep those nasty sploggers out of the way. I need instant gratification!
I have never (knock on wood) seen a SPAM comment. What does it look like?
It is a comment on your site that is an ad for something. Basically something like, “Sounds like you’d love to play this game”. Then they put a link to a gambling site. Somebody has some bot that posts regularly. Very annoying.
transformers..that is fantastic
