Yummy Martini

Found a great recipe for an apple martini. Made them last night when Jeff and Jeremy came over for dinner. Everyone seemed to love them. There was some leftover in the freezer so I decided to pour myself one. My excuse is that I’m getting over the news of working this weekend. The reality is that I love alcohol!
So here is the recipe. Very simple.
1 part apple schnapps (I used Apple Pucker)
1 part vodka
1 part apple juice
Trust me, the apple juice really smooths it out. Sounds strange, but tastes great! Enjoy!
