Work and Play

Work wasn’t so bad today. I was able to knock out a couple of issue and made considerable progress on some others. Not sure if I did as much as the upper managment had hoped, but I am happy with my results. Best of all, I learned that we do not have to work Sunday. Woohoo!
To celebrate and enjoy our Saturday evening, we decided to do an impromptu game night. Invited a few friends over for food and games. We had the longest game of Munchkin I have ever played. It must have lasted at least 2 hours. Probably more. That game is a blast! It isn’t a game for everyone, but we had a group together that really enjoy the twist and turns in the game. Or I should say, we had a group that enjoyed screwing each other over….repeatedly. Lots of backstabbing and bitching. It made for a great game 
Now I’m wasting away the late hours online. Seems too early to go to bed. Plus, I need to get a few more rotations of “Sleep with Butterflies” in for the day.
You bet me to posting - 1:33 to 1:18, but if I factor in the drive home, I win
Yeah, I can’t believe how early we called it a night. I was done drinking, but I could have easily played another round of Munchkin - even if it went ’til 3. Where’s the stamina?? I guess some people in our group are getting old, and those people aren’t me
I’m biting my tongue on this one, as I don’t want to validate what I already know.
Ooooh, it is on! I’m going to get some popcorn to enjoy while I watch the fight
