Laid Back Morning

I love lazy weekend mornings. No rush to get anywhere or do anything. Plenty of time to make breakfast and enjoy it. It has just been very peaceful.
Of course, there is always something to pull you back into the world. That’s life!

Some New Reading Material

Found an interesting blog last night. It is called Secret Simon. It is a married man who has realized he is gay. He blogs about the whole experience of realizing he is gay, accepting it, and, just recently, telling his wife and family. Check it out!

Movie Night!

Bobby and I are going to see Constantine tonight. I’ve been looking forward to this movie for awhile. I hope it lives up to the previews. Even if it doesn’t, I always enjoy going to the movies.
We’re trying to get a few friends to join us for dinner and then the movie. […]

Why Not

I haven’t blogged in a few days. I thought I should throw something up. Work has been crazy. They are now talking about changing which technology we implement with and we are at the end of detail design. Hello! You pick your technology before your design! Management - complete […]

It has been a great Saturday. Woke up early (8) and made breakfast for Bobby and I. Spent the reaminder of the morning and some of the afternoon cleaning house. I’m quite proud of the amount of work I got done. Place is looking good.
The real fun started this evening. […]

Aural Bliss

Just got back from the Ani concert. AMAZING!!! She puts so much energy and spirit into her shows and that is reciprocated by the audience 10 fold. Really great concert. I’ll have to write more on it tomorrow. Right now I am just enjoying the euphoria!

The Plot Thickens

I had a very interesting conversation with my new manager today around roles on the team. It seems things will be shifting around. I wasn’t given specifics on who will be doing what or what the roles will be. He did ask me what I would be interested in. Surprisingly, I […]

Ego Boost

Little backstory first. My current project has grown so large that the higherups decided another manager was needed. So my team has been split underneath two managers - the old manager is now over business interaction, and the new manager is over the technical side. Of course, I fall under the technical […]
