Pick Me Up

Now that I’ve depressed myself, I thought I would find new music to fit the mood. I went searching for a song I heard in the movie “Crash”. It is called “In The Deep” and is by Bird York. The song is very powerful in the movie. And it is very powerful all on it’s own. I decided to do a little research on Mrs. Bird and was pleasantly surprised. She is also an actress. She plays Andy Wyatt on West Wing. That would be Toby’s ex-wife. I always liked that character and now I find that she is an excellent singer as well. Oh, and she had a brief appearance in “Crash” as a cop. I thought I recognized her. Anyway, check out her music. And definitely check out the movie “Crash”.
