Gay or Gay Vague?

There is a new contractor working on our team. I don’t interact with him much because he is on the development side (I’m on the architecture side). Anyway, ever since he arrived, he has been pinging (you know, pinging my gaydar). I can’t place exactly what it is about him, but something just gives off that vibe.
The latest bit of evidence is an email he sent out. It used that incriminating word - you know the one I mean - fabulous. His email was “It would be fabulous if you could do that”. So is he gay, or just gay vague?
Oh, the things that entertain me on a Friday afternoon at work.
He actually said “it would be fabulous if you could do that”???? Oh, honey, HE’S GAYYY!!!!!
The question is….is he cute?
If he’s cute, he’s gay, not cute, who cares
