I would definitely have one of the purses from Rebound Designs. I think they are so cool! They take hard back books and turn them into small purses. They turn out very retro-nerdy-cool. And they are a great way to recyle. If they weren’t so damn expensive I know the just the person I would buy one for. My friend Stephanie would go crazy over these. Here are pics of one of my favorites, Modern Algebra and Trigonometry.
Your other friend Stephanie would dig them too! I think I’m going to put one of these on my Christmas list!
They look like they would be easy to make. I think the hard part would be attaching the handles and making it sturdy enough for everyday use. Hmm, could be a fun project…
