Yearly Review - Update

So my review with my manager went very well. The best thing that came out of it - I’m getting a new lead! I specifically told him I no longer wanted to work with my lead. He was not surprised by this at all since numerous individuals on our team have had issues with the guy. People have left our team entirely because of issues with him. He said he would move me under the other lead so I’m elated! I’ll still have to interact with the asshole, but at least I won’t have to work under him. I feel better about my job already 
Woo hoo! Good news on the raise (can’t wait to drink what it will contribute to), and the change in leadership. Of course, what will you blog about now? ;-P
