Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley are coming back together for a new series!! For those of you without a clue, Jennifer Saunders was the mastermind behind the hilarious show “Absolutely Fabulous” and Joanna Lumley was her great co-star. Oh, the memories I have of Ab Fab. I think it may be time to start to watching the DVDs again!
As an added bonus for the new series, Dawn French will be joining the bunch. Though I’ve only seen a handful of episodes of Dawn and Jennifer’s skit show, I did enjoy it. I’m hoping this new series will be better than Mirrorball. That was another series created by Jennifer Saunders that had the actors from Ab Fab, but completely new characters and plots. It had its moments, but it was no Ab Fab.
We shall see! I’m so excited
I guess the big problem is that, it will be a long time. Has to go into production, then be broadcase in the UK, then make it to BBC America. It will be forever before it’s available on DVD
